Helping people build a stronger mind through courage, resilience, and purposeful action. Real change happens when insight is combined with action. My work is grounded in evidence-based approaches, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, Positive Psychology, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) principles. Rather than focusing solely on symptom reduction, I help clients develop psychological flexibility, resilience, self-awareness, and the practical skills needed to navigate life’s inevitable challenges with greater confidence.
What makes my approach unique is the combination of clinical training and extensive real-world experience. After nearly three decades working with the Correctional Service of Canada, supporting individuals dealing with trauma, addiction, violence, and significant life challenges, I developed a deep appreciation for the resilience of the human spirit and the importance of accountability, compassion, and hope. My background in the Canadian Armed Forces, competitive sport, and high-performance coaching has also shaped my understanding of discipline, perseverance, and the mental skills required to perform under pressure.
